  • I am at least 21 years old

  • I am aware that when I ship the test strips, the condition in which they arrive is my responsibility

  • I am aware that after inspection of the test strips by cashforyourteststrips.com, the final determined value is final and not negotiable.

  • I AGREE THAT cashforyourteststrips.com  AND ITS AFFILIATES AND PARTNERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO  cashforyourteststrips.com  WILL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU IN EXCESS OF THE FINAL VALUE ASSIGNED BY cashforyourteststrips.com FOR THE ITEM. IN NO EVENT WILL cashforyourteststrips.com OR ITS AFFIALIATES OR PARTNERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO cashforyourteststrips.com, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
